We take great care in packing and delivering your products. However, if you receive:

An expired item
The wrong item delivered
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof by email at support@malabarexpress.co.uk.
- Refunds
Once your complaint is verified and approved:
A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of approval.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Note: Refund timing may vary slightly based on your bank or payment provider.

Perishable food items after 24 hours of delivery
